Offering Hope to Those Struggling with Substance Misuse

Currently Accepting New Clients 18 year of age and over.

Outpatient Counseling

Wallastook Counseling focuses on the use of counseling techniques that fit the goals and needs of the individual client.

LADC Evaluations

A formal assessment that can be recommended by a doctor, a treatment center or through an intervention, an attorney, or required by a mandated court order by a Probation/Parole Officer.

Relapse Prevention

Together we identify the client’s triggers to use alcohol and/or drugs again.  Then we make a plan with coping strategies that help the client overcome the cravings associated with these triggers.

Aftercare

An aftercare plan includes activities, interventions, and resources to help recovering people cope with life and with triggers, stressors and cravings that they may face when treatment is over.

Criminal Justice Referrals

Wallastook Counseling accepts referrals for LADC Evaluations and Individual Counseling Sessions from the Criminal Justice System.  These include referrals from attorneys, Probation/Parole officers, and those mandated by court order by judges and drug courts.
